Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Department of Mathematics at

Quinsigamond Community College

to improve student success and to provide a solid foundation

and understanding of mathematics needed in a

wide variety of disciplines in an advancing technological world.

Vision

The Department of Mathematics at Quinsigamond Community College

seeks to serve a diverse student population by

offering a variety of coursework, implementing an

appropriate placement and assessment process,

employing innovative approaches to presentation of instructional content,

incorporating new technologies, conducting faculty development initiatives,

and by evaluating program effectiveness.
