Application deadline for the Fall semester: June 1st. Application deadline for the Spring semester: December 15th. Application ProcedureStep One: Student schedules an appointment for the Assessment Test by calling the Advising Center at 508-854-4308 or 508-854-4341 . Students must assess into College-level English (ENG 101) and Beginning Algebra (MAT 095) to be eligible for acceptance into the Twelfth Year Program. Step Two: If the student meets performance standards on the Assessment Test, he/she can obtain the Twelfth Year Application packet from the Admissions Office, Room 148 in the Administration Building. Step Three: Student completes the QCC and Twelfth Year applications with the high school guidance counselor, indicating the courses that the student will take to fulfill high school graduation requirements. It is recommended that alternate courses are also included, in the event that a first choice is unavailable. Step Four: Student sends all completed application forms to the QCC Admissions Office, along with copies of assessment test scores and high school transcripts, and the $20 application fee. Step Five: Twelfth Year Program coordinator contacts student for interview appointment. Step Six: Upon acceptance, the student will be invited to a group orientation for course selection and registration. PLEASE NOTE: Students who are accepted into the Twelfth Year Program are responsible for the cost of enrolling in courses at Quinsigamond Community College.
