Student Work

During Spring 2010, a number of my physics students in both PHY 105 and PHY 102 submitted videos demonstrating how to solve problems from the textbook (Giancoli).  Some of their work is below.

  • Doppler Effect.  (Giancoli.  Physics: Principles with Applications, 6E.  Pearson Education, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, 2005.  Problem 12.54, pg. 349.)
  • Work and Energy.  (Giancoli.  Physics for Scientists and Engineers with Modern Physics, 4E.  Pearson Education, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, 2008.  Problem 7.73, pg. 180.)
  • Speed Part 1, Part 2.  (Problem authored by the students.)
