All QCC students are able to access SMARTHINKING for free. This service offers live online tutoring in writing with professional online writing tutors. In addition, students may submit their writing to SMARTHINKING’s Online Writing Lab and receive a detailed, personalized critique of any writing  assignment, such as an essay, report, personal statement, cover letter, resume, or creative story. ESL students can submit essays to SMARTHINKING’s online writing lab and receive a critique from an ESL writing specialist.
