In order to participate in the Dental Programs, all students must demonstrate their ability to comply with the following.

Dental professionals must have effective communications skill. Practitioners are required to communicate and build relationships with individuals of all ages, races, sexes, and cultural differences. They are also required to communicate in groups. Therefore: it is essential that students in the dental programs have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in English, using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and word usage. They must also have the ability to consult with others as necessary, report findings to appropriate persons, foster collegial relationships, and instruct others.
Therefore: it is essential that students in the dental programs be responsible individuals and meet all requirements set forth in the program.
Therefore: it is essential that students dress in accordance with the recommended college/clinic policies.
Therefore: it is essential that students adhere to a code of ethical behaviors that will allow them to follow standards as defined in their course work. Plagiarized work and other acts of dishonesty will be dealt with by immediate disciplinary action that may result in dismissal from the program.
Therefore it is essential that dental program students be able to work collaboratively as well as follow instructions and accept feedback as given by faculty members.
