QCC Honors Program Scholarship Application for Spring semester (MS Word file)

In order to qualify for this scholarship, students must

• have a minimum GPA of 3.5

• have successfully completed one honors course

• have registered for an honors course for a second semester

• have no liens on their account

• be enrolled in a minimum of two classes (6+ credits)

• have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and

• complete a personal statement (as indicated on the form).

Return the form by

-June 30th for the following Fall semester or

-December 1st for the following Spring semester to:
