Alden Library services are available to current students, faculty and staff
of Quinsigamond
Community College. Most online services require an
Alden Library barcode or your student ID number to gain access.
You may register for an Alden Library barcode in person by visiting the Circulation Desk on the 2nd floor of the
Harrington Learning Center, presenting your current Quinsigamond Community
College ID and filling out a registration form. You will be registered
with the library and a 14 digit barcode will be placed on the back of
your ID.
Students taking online courses who are unable to visit the Alden
Library during regular hours may apply for
their barcode through their online course. A library card with barcode will be
mailed to the address on file with the Registrar's Office. No barcodes can be given over the phone or by email except
to QCC email addresses.
My Library catalog account
- You are able to request a book, review the status of
items you have checked out or requested, and renew items online.
- Accounts are automatically created when you register for a
Library Barcode.

to reset it to blank if you forget it.

EBSCOhost will remember search statements, run them automatically,
and send updates of new articles or journal issues.

any EBSCOhost database

from any EBSCOhost database page.

an Alden Library 14-digit
barcode before signing up for an account. If you are off campus you

getting into EBSCOhost.
