For general reference assistance online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week you may use the MassAnswers program provided by the state of Massachusetts through an LSTA grant. A librarian somewhere in the US will assist with your question. Questions specific to QCC may need to wait until the Alden Library is open, but getting general questions or research pointers until then can get you started.
