Children's School

Applying

Applications for admission are accepted at any time on an on-going basis. All groups are mixed ages -- two years, nine months to five years of age.

Applications are placed on a list according to the date they are received, at the Children’s School, and processed from this list as vacancies occur.

Classroom 1

Each group of 18 children is staffed by two Department of Early Education and Care certified lead teachers (one is a faculty member of our Early Childhood Education Department) and 3 to 4 student teachers (under the direct supervision of the lead teachers).

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Classroom II

Each group of 20 children is staffed by three Department of Early Education and Care certified lead teachers and between three to four student teachers (under the direct supervision of the Lead Teachers).

Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enrollment in both programs begins in February for the following academic year (September-May).

Quinsigamond Community College students, faculty, and staff members may be given priority.
