A Message from the President

Welcome to the QCC Website!

As you arrive at Quinsigamond Community College, you can clearly see the word "Welcome" on banners throughout our campus, but a mere word cannot fully express the positive regard that the QCC faculty and staff hold for each and every student. A community college education is a unique and wonderful experience. About three decades ago, I was a community college student just like you. I know how valuable the support of caring faculty and staff can be in your life and in your future. Your choice of QCC as a pathway to success is a wise one.

In classes at Quinsigamond Community College, you will be challenged to become the best that you can be, and you will receive the support you need -- quality academic instruction, tutoring, counseling, advising -- to help you achieve your goals.

When I began community college classes, my own goal was very simple -- to learn enough to find work that would enable me to care for my family. I had no idea that the belief in myself that I acquired through those classes would lead me to graduate school and on to becoming a President at one of the most progressive colleges in our State.
