Admissions Requirements

Students can be accepted into the Manufacturing Technology Certificate; however, students should note that many of the program specific courses have ENG and/or MAT prerequisites.

The manufacturing technology certificate is designed to prepare graduates for entry-level positions in the manufacturing industry. It provides both the theoretical background and the practical skills and training necessary for success in this growing career field.

The manufacturing technology certificate can be completed in one year, depending on the student’s background. This certificate utilizes the latest manufacturing software and equipment available in today’s rapidly changing world. All of the courses that are offered can be applied to the Associate of Science degree in manufacturing technology.
