Telephone Conference System Request
  • Please submit individual requests for each scheduled event
  • The request should be submitted 24 hours prior to the Conference Call
  • Not all locations on campus will support conference systems
  • Please allow 1/2 hour prior to the start of the conference call for the system to be installed and verified
  • If the conference call extends past 4:00 p.m., you will be responsible for locking the system in a secure location
  • Help Desk staff will only deal with one contact person per request
  • Requests must be made by QCC employees
  • Below are the Conference Rooms that have Telephone Conference capability:
