Form Access:
Most QCC online forms and several 'campus personnel only web-sites' require users
to authenticate on the QCC network before any access is allowed. This
policy has long been in place and is necessary to the security of our
network and web-presence. The logon process is similar to the
process that we all use to logon to campus computers.
To access a form or campus restricted webpage, please
enter the following in the "Enter Network Password" dialog box:
- User Name:
(Your user\logon name: The same
user name that you use to logon to your campus computer.)
- Password
(Your password: The same password
that you use to logon to your campus computer.)
- Domain:
(qcclan: This is the name given to
the network that we use on campus.)
When a
form link is selected, a dialog box similar to one the examples below will appear.
You may then use one of the methods described to authenticate and access the
selected form. |
