| Problem: As you click to
view the presentation or open the document, it gives you the choice of "opening the
document from it's current location" or "saving it to disk."
If you
try to open it, you receive an error message "Unable to Open...". If
you save the file to disk and open it locally, it works fine. This
document should just open up within the content frame of the Virtual
Classroom in Internet Explorer.
We believe the problem we are experiencing is
related to browser settings and we are working to determine the fix. As
soon as we have a solution we will post it here.
Work Around: For now, save the file to
the local system and open it with the
PowerPoint viewer or with the
Word viewer.
