CAMPUS POLICE - Fire Safety Unit

Fire Safety Week October 9 -15 2011

Welcome to the Fire Safety Unit of the Quinsigamond Campus Police Department. This unit consists of two officers from our department who are in charge of all fire safety and fire safety equipment. They work hand in hand with Worcester Fire and our Facilities Department to ensure proper safety throughout our campus. This page is dedicated to help promote fire safety not only on our campus but also in our personal lives and home. On this page you can find tips about keep safe during holidays, general fire safety tips, newsletters and upcoming seminars.

We strive for not only fire safety on campus but also in your own home. Fire safety begins with preparedness. With simple precautions, you can prevent or manage the hazards of most fires. Review these fire safety measures to reduce the chance of a fire and to protect your home and family.

In order to keep our campus safe it takes a team effort to make this happen. Simple steps will help reduce the risk of harm or death when a fire or fire alarm happens. If anyone notices something that could be potential fire hazard or safety risks please do not hesitate to call or e-mail one of our fire safety officers and they will look into the matter ASAP! If you notice any fire safety items missing or signage that has been moved please contact us at once.

REMEMBER WHEN A FIRE ALARM SOUNDS GET OUT!! YOU WILL ONLY KNOW IF IT’S FALSE IF YOU GET OUT!!!
