The Non-Unit Staff Development Sub-Committee is keenly aware of the varied training and development needs of our diverse population. Common areas of concern addressed include (but are not limited to): performance evaluation, supervisory skills, discrimination and disability law, labor relations/contract interpretation, ethics concerns, sexual harassment, and employee wellness. This committee will also survey and ascertain the needs of its population.
This sub-committee is currently inactive.
