Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:

	Solving equations with fractions
	Arithmetic of rational expressions
	Simplifying complex fractions
	Factoring review grouping sum/difference of two cubes
	Simplifying exponential expressions
	Roots, radicals, and rational exponents
	Solving systems of linear equations (2x2 and 3x3) elimination substitution determinants
	Midpoint and distance formulas
	Binomial expansion
	One-variable inequalities linear nonlinear absolute value
	Radical equations
	Absolute value equations
	Complex numbers

(Any repeated objectives from Intermediate Algebra that appear above are solved using advanced problems)

NOTE: The AMATYC standards suggest that modeling/real-life applications/cooperative learning/writing/manipulatives/and technology should be incorporated in any/all of the above objectives in order to enhance the student's mathematical experience.
