What are "Transfer Pathways"?

It's helpful to make transfer plans if these are seen as transfer pathways. There are 3 general kinds of transfer pathways to consider:

1.  If you are transferring without completing an associate degree, then you are following the

 Traditional transfer pathway

If you are transferring after completing an associate degree and graduating from QCC,

2. AND plan to enroll in a Massachusetts State College or University of Massachusetts campus, then you are following the Massachusetts Public Higher Education Pathway *

    *MA Transfer policies changing in Academic Year 2009-2010. Students who enroll in associate degree programs at QCC beginning in Fall 2009, will fall under new MassTransfer policy.

3. AND are interested in continuing at a college that has an agreement with QCC, then you are following  the Articulation Pathway.
